The location was acceptable as it was close to the metro station.

The room smelled strongly of smoke. It also had a bunk bed, a change from the advertised single bed. The customer service was disappointing too because the TV never worked even after I reported it multiple times.

the lobby has a coffee shop with lemon water available . our room was on the top floor, specifically the fourteenth floor, and featured a nice view. but the view was amazing!

The air conditioning was to be climate control and i could not lower the room temperature. This was a bit disappointing.
